No Gym, No Problem! My online training course consists of carefully selected exercises that can easily be done with minimal or no equipment or adapted to utilize the equipment you already have (e.g. resistance bands,dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX suspension system, your body weight, etc.) Additionally, you can choose to have 1 to 3 sessions per week based on your unique goals, needs, experience, and schedule.
