Personal Training
ONE-ON-ONE OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING
​The training is designed to be adaptable for 1 to 3 meetings per week of training with a combination of mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance, based on your unique goals, needs, experience, and personal schedule. You may choose occasional online meetings, however, the first and follow up assessments will be done in person
